EILEEN ROSENTHAL has been a teacher in the Jewish Early Childhood field for over 30 years.  She moved to Florida from New York 34 years ago.  She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Nassau Community College in Long Island, New York. 

Eileen has two grown children, Adam and Lisa.  Lisa is a Kindergarten teacher in Coral Springs and has two daughters, Amanda and Stephanie.  Adam is a Sergeant with the Delray Police Department. He is married to Joanne and they have four children, Hailey, Jake, Zach, and Lexi. Eileen has six grandchildren ages two thru ten years old.  Five of the six graduated from our Preschool and now attend our Hebrew School at Kol Tikvah. Her youngest grandchild will be entering our toddler program this year.

Eileen has worked for six years at our school where she served in several positions.  She has been head teacher in the Toddler Program, Toddler Hebrew Specialist, Mommy and Me Teacher, Shabbat Specialist, Book Cook Enrichment Teacher, Camp Director of our summer program, Camp Yeladim, and Assistant to Dr. Rose Weiss our Preschool Director. Our Preschool opened up 6 years ago where Eileen taught the first students to enter our school in a Mommy and Me Program. She also assisted Dr. Rose in setting up our Preschool Program at the Phylis J. Green Early Childhood Center at Congregation Kol Tikvah.
