Welcome to Summer Camp!
Summer Camp will bring AMAZING DAYS filled with Fun, Spirit, Friendship,
Singing, Special Events, Sports, On-Site Field Trips, Indoor Playground, Weekly
Bounce House, Computer Lab, Interactive water park, an Special Weekly Shabbat
with clergy. Each cabin will be run by a mature professional staff member.

ENRICHMENT ACADEMIC EARLY CHILDHOOD
GOALS
ECC Summer Camp will provide a safe,
stimulating, caring Jewish environment for our young campers.
DAYS AND TIMES
Camp begins at 9:00 A.M. and ends at 12:00, 1:30 or 3:00PM. Our extended
morning hours begin at 7:30AM and afternoons until 4:00PM. We will be
offering additional aftercare enrichment classes from 1:45-2:30; and 2:45-3:30.
Camp runs for 8 weeks, with any combination of weeks or days during the summer.
Camp will be closed Monday, July 5, 2010
ARRIVAL AND
DISMISSAL
Camp drop-off begins at 8:55 A.M. We have a Car Line available each morning and
afternoon. To take advantage of this service you must be prompt and the
service lasts for 10 minutes. If you arrive late in the morning or late in
the afternoon you will have to park your car in a designated parking space and
come into the building. There will be a $1.00 per minute fee for picking
up your camper late. BE CONSIDERATE to your child and BE ON TIME.
Each camper will be receiving a car tag with his/her name on it. This tag
should be places on the dashboard of your car.
No
child will be released to anyone that is not on the contact list. A written
permission letter from the parent is requested if there is a change in pickup your child. Please note this is for your child’s protection. Anyone that we
do not know will be asked to show a drivers license for identification.
ORIENTATION
The camp director will contact you in a few days prior to the first day of
camp. We encourage open communication with our parents on an ongoing basis.
REGISTRATION
Attached is a Registration Form indicating days, times,
weeks, camp selections, and summer camp fees. Please return this form with a NON-REFUNDABLE registration
fee first week tuition deposit.
SECURITY
Security is very important at Camp. All of our Camp doors are locked
and all visitors must enter through the front door.
TUITION POLICY
Weeks of attendance must be paid for in advance.
There are no refunds or credits due to illnesses or absence.
There is a 5% sibling discount (not including Mommy and Me)
Acceptable form of payment is Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa.
A Registration and Tuition Policy Agreement is required to be signed at the time
of registration.

SNACK AND LUNCH
A nutritious mid-morning smack will be served. Children staying after 1:30
will be served an afternoon snack. Our campers have a choice to either
purchase or bring their own lunch. Camp is a nut sensitive environment.
NO LUNCHES OR SNACKS WITH PEANUTS OR NUTS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO OR SERVED IN CAMP.
CLOTHES FOR CAMP
Please have your child wear comfortable clothes with comfortable sneakers ( no
open back shoes or crocs) so he/she can participate in all activities.
Please label all clothing with your child's name. A complete change of
clothes must be left in camp.
WHAT TO
WEAR AND BRING TO CAMP
A backpack, bathing suit, towel and water shoes on water play days, all LABELED.
Please send in a plastic bag for the wet bathing suit/towel.
Our staff welcomes all of out campers to a fantastic summer experience.
