10th Grade Post B'nai Mitzvah Classes
By 10th grade, our young people should be ready to
deal with, think about and challenge the big issues of religion.
God - human suffering - prayer - other religions are some of the topics
to be discussed. The goal of this class, taught by Rabbi Boxman,
is that the students should know where to turn to find the answers.
At the completion of the year of study with Rabbi Boxman, the 10th
graders will participate in a Confirmation ceremony. They will
also be eligible to take part in a Jewish Journey to New York City.
